Barn House, Large Period Property Grade II Listed

Barn House is an ideal accommodation for large groups and family gatherings. This very large property can comfortably accommodate 17 guests across 8 bedrooms. There is a large garden, outdoor heated pool and a hot tub. The swimming pool is only heated between April - October. Potential to heat outside of these dates can be requested for an additional charge (and weather permitting). The hot tub is available all year round. Pool towels are provided. Bath towels are provided. The space This is a very spacious, well equipped house with the original part of the house dating back to 1546. Access to three of the bedrooms (6,7 and 8) is via a steep various width tread staircase, this is an original staircase therefore we do advise you take extra care. The house is fully airconditioned except for 1 bedroom (ground floor, bedroom 5) and has full Wi-Fi throughout. Bedroom 1 has a large en-suite bathroom, this is only accessible via bedroom 1. If bedroom 2 will also require access to this bathroom - please let us know in advance so we can arrange access. All stone floors have underfloor heating providing that cosy feel throughout winter. The large open plan kitchen has an AGA oven, a large dual air fryer, american style fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine (pods provided) and a large table that can comfortably seat 16 people and is fully equipped for all your catering needs. The outside space provides a large outdoor eating area with a Big Green Egg bbq. Charcoal is provided. Please note the A120 is a busy, noisy road. Please take extra caution when using the stairs in the property, it is a listed building and therefore does not have handrails available. Please ensure to use adequate lighting when using the stairs at night. We do not take any liability for any accidents that occur due to guests neglecting to use the adequate facilities (lighting) that is provided. Other things to note The tree house is not available for guest use. Any accidents/incidents that occur in the property are to be reported to the hosts immediately.
