The flat is the mezzanine of an independent house, it's on a hill and it is only for the guests. There are two beautiful bedrooms (READ CAREFULLY THE PART BELOW ABOUT THE RESERVATION OF THE ROOMS) with double beds, windows with curtains, wardrobes and bedsides tables. We are in Alto Monferrato, a Unesco World Heritage Site, a land of hills and wines. There are no houses within 150m, the area enjoys absolute peace. There is a 1500 m2 garden with maples and ash trees, a large lawn ideal for children, a large enclosed courtyard where it is possible to safely park any vehicle, even indoors for bikes, where you can sit around a table in the shade of majestic linden trees in absolute relaxation.
