Beautiful River Retreat On The Guadalupe!!

If you are looking for a wonderful family vacation spot, this is it! This is a fantastic 4/3 home that will sleep 12 to 14 (please note that the house is on a septic system). There is direct access to the river via a short pathway, with a beautiful beach area to play in if you don't want to tube the river. (Tubes are available for rent right next door and they will bring you back to the house when you're done!) You can also fish right from the property and we are in the prime fishing zone! The river is stocked annually so the fishing is always good. Also enjoy a fantastic cliff view from the very large front deck. The home is fully furnished with an open living/dining/kitchen area. There are beautiful walk in showers in each of the three bathrooms. There is WiFi, cable and a private BBQ grill.There is also a ping pong table room downstairs. There is a washer and dryer and a full stainless steel kitchen appliance package. Basic kitchen supplies including, plates, utensils, basic pots and pans and cooking utensils, are provided. Linens are provided for each bed, but you will need to bring towels and wash clothes, food and charcoal for grilling. If you enjoy live music, the property is a short drive to River Road Ice House and Gruene Hall. If you are love antiquing, the property is 10 minutes from the towns of New Braunfels and Gruene, which have plenty of antique and unique artisan shops.
