The bed and breakfast "Paola e Francesco" is located in San Martino Siccomario, 4 km from Pavia. It was born from the desire to offer hospitality not only to tourists visiting Pavia but above all it is designed for those who arrive in the city for work or health reasons. In a few minutes, by car, you can reach the main care institutes of Pavia (Policlinico San Matteo, Fondazione Maugeri, Istituto C. Mondino) and university offices in the Cravino area. In 10 minutes you can reach the station, the headquarters of the University and the historic center of Pavia. The city bus stop is just a few meters away. A shuttle service is also available at a discounted rate upon request. The bed and breakfast occupies part of a villa with a garden that, after a complete renovation of the premises, opened its doors in July 2015. It offers four rooms with a private bathroom and balcony, accommodating up to 12 people. Guests have a common lounge where breakfast is served and a relaxation area in front of the large fireplace, with free wi-fi and internet point, and a bookcase for reading. Each room is carefully furnished, combining the charm of antique furniture with details that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Guests can choose from rooms in soft colors such as pink, beige, violet and blue, for a feeling of well-being and relaxation. All rooms are spacious and bright, equipped with 32" TV, air conditioning, minibar, kettle with tea and herbal teas, and have single or double beds. The bathrooms are spacious, with large showers, hairdryers, towel warmers and bathrobes. Guest access Check-in time for the room is from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Upon request, self check-in is available from 8:00 p.m. until midnight. Check-out must take place by 10:30 a.m. Luggage can be left in storage until 7:00 p.m. During your stay, a set of keys will be provided to access the property and your room independently. There are no time restrictions for guests to enter and exit. However, polite behavior is required so as not to disturb other guests, especially early in the morning and late in the evening. Coffee, tea, cappuccino, hot chocolate and milk will be served at the table.
