The house is located in a corner of a port town that developed as various different cultures were brought in from Hokkaido and other parts of Japan. The port was used for merchant ships called “Kitamae Senpaku”. The Narita family is the original residents, were medicine dealers who rought Toyama's pharmaceutical culture to Hokkaido. Please enjoy the history of the medicine culture and the quiet and elegant Iwase area at this small house, which is limited to 1 group per day. Our bagels come from the renowned "Bagel Specialty Store Tobeiguru" in Toyama. Made with Koshihikari flour from Toyama Prefecture and fresh local ingredients, they are free from preservatives and stabilizers. Enjoy the fluffy, and chunky texture! We offer a variety of flavors, including the standard plain, the popular sweet potato, kelp, and others. For soup, we will offer cream soup and tomato soup, both made with a lot of ingredients from Handmade Kobo Kaze no Kaori. Other things to note ・ Key information will be sent 3 days prior to check-in. ・ Smoking is prohibited in the entire building(including balcony and entrance etc.). Please search the smoking areas in the neighborhood. If any evidence of smoking is found, a special cleaning fee (including odor removal) may be charged separately. ・Please refrain from noise at night time and early in the morning within the facility. ・When going outside, make sure to close windows, turn off the air conditioning and room lighting. ・ Please pay attention to using cooking ware ,heater, or other fire hazardous equipment. ・We may be charged additional for the costs required to repair, replace or dispose of any damage and losses of furnishings and fixtures. ・We will charge a disposal fee of 5000 JPY if you leave suitcases or large waste items in this place after check out. ・It is possibly delayed 1-3 hours depending on conditions of the day. ・Please contact us immediately if the cleaning has been delayed. ・Since this is a private residence cleaning, the finished cleaning may not meet your expectations due to the subjectivity of the viewer. ・Bed linens may differ from those in the photo due to replacement. ※Disclaimer※ We are not responsible for any death or injury at our property.
