This private Golden home is in a quiet neighborhood and is within walking distance to downtown Golden, restaurants, breweries, and the Golden trail system. This is a unique charming house with slightly steep stairs. Before booking please note that the bathroom is upstairs with the bedrooms and the living room, dining room, and kitchen are downstairs. In accordance with the City of Golden short term rental license, occupancy of the unit is limited to four adults and their dependents, if any. The space Relax! Arapahouse has a private fenced yard, a patio and is very quiet. Other things to note There are no shared spaces. You get the entire house and a large fenced yard.
