Modern detached house 3 miles from Derry City centre set in tranquil countryside. The house is gated with a huge fenced garden and a treehouse if you have little ones who like to explore. The house is adjacent to ours so we are a stones throw away if you need any help. Fully modernised with american fridge freezer, washing machine. 6 ring gas range and oven. With dining area in kitchen. Can sleep up to 6 people. 2 bathroom, 2 bedroom one twin, one double and double sofa bed in living room. The space The house is over two floors. The upstairs has a double room and a large twin room that would fit a travel cot very comfortably. There is also a pull out sofa bed in the livingroom Guest access Guests have full access to the house and garden. We have recently added an outdoor BBQ area with fire pit off the french doors in the living area leading out to the garden.
