The space The White Villa by the sea from 1913 on the beautiful island of Usedom is located in the tranquil seaside resort of Zempin directly on the coastal forest and only 600 meters from the white Baltic Sea beach. The house was renovated and modernized in the spring of 2020 and now has one apartment on the first floor and one on the upper floor. The 80 square meter first floor apartment "Lee" can accommodate up to 5 people and 1 baby. It has a comfortable kitchen-living room with high-quality kitchenette including ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and egg cooker and is equipped with a cozy sofa set, flat screen with satellite TV and a dining area. A baby high chair is also available. The two spacious bedrooms have a double bed, a large wardrobe and a fold-out armchair bed for the fifth person or a baby crib. Both bedrooms have access to a private bathroom with large shower cabins and a rain shower. On the veranda overlooking the coastal forest, you can end the evenings quietly. Your pet is also welcome and can move freely on the fully fenced and lockable property while you fire up the grill on the furnished terrace, sunbathe in the deck chair or make yourself comfortable in the beach chair. On the meadow next door, there is plenty of space to play ball and romp around and a sandbox awaits the little ones. You can park your car in the property's own parking space.
