Air-conditioned room of 30 square meters on the ground floor with bathroom, living room and private courtyard, with table, chairs, fridge, microwave, coffee/cappuccino/tea machine and double sofa bed. The terraced garden at the back of the private building, which has been completely renovated and is earthquake-proof, is shared. It is located in the historic center of Camerano, 50 meters from the square, which is only 6/8 km (10 minutes by car) from the most beautiful beaches of the Conero Riviera. FOOD AND DRINKS ARE NOT PROVIDED The space In the living area there is a table, chairs, smart TV connected to the internet, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, espresso machine, cappuccino and tea, cups, saucers, glasses and cutlery. There is no stove for cooking. Bed linen and towels are available (change at the end of the stay and in any case once a week), pillows and blankets for both the double bed and the double sofa bed. The washing machine is available in the bathroom. In the courtyard there is a clothes drying rack and a small folding table. Guest access The terraced garden in the back is shared with me and the guests of the other room and is available for breakfast or outdoor meals (not provided). Tables, chairs and a sitting area are available. During your stay My name is Stefano, I am the owner of "La Piana Affittacamere" and I live on the top floor of the building, so I will be available for anything you may need.
