Room on the ground floor "La Piana Affittacamere"

30 sq. meter air-conditioned room on the ground floor with private bathroom, living room and courtyard, with table, chairs, refrigerator, microwave, coffee/cappuccino/the machine and double sofa bed. The terrace garden at the back of the fully renovated and anti-seismic private building is shared. It is located in the historic center of Camerano 50 meters from the square, which is only 6/8 km (10 minutes drive) from the most beautiful beaches of the Conero Riviera. FOOD AND DRINK ARE NOT PROVIDED The space In the living area there are tables, chairs, smart TV connected to the internet, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, espresso machine, cappuccino and tea, cups, cups, plates, glasses and cutlery. Cooking stove is not available. Linen and towels are available (change at the end of the stay and in any case once a week), pillows and blankets for both the double bed and the double sofa bed. The bathroom has a washing machine. The backyard has a clothes rack and a small folding table. Guest access The terrace garden in the back should be shared with me and guests in the other room and is available for breakfast or outdoor meals (not provided). There are tables, chairs and a living room available. During your stay My name is Stefano, I own the "La Piana Affittacamera" and I live on the top floor of the property, so I will be available for any of your needs.
