Casa Rosa Bianca is located in one of the most enchanting stretches of coastline on the island: Costa Paradiso. The space This villa is an ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday by the sea and is part of five villas built in typical Sardinian style, located in a unique position by the sea. It is located just 450 meters from the sea and 1600 meters from the beautiful Li Cossi sand beach, which is one of the most beautiful and fascinating in Sardinia. Other small bays are located 800 meters from the house where you can swim, snorkel or simply sunbathe. This vacation apartment has a magnificent sea view and a large outdoor area, perfect for outdoor dining or a barbecue with family or friends. The Mediterranean maquis surrounds the whole area and allows you to enjoy its natural scents of rosemary, juniper and strawberry tree. The shared pool is equipped with a chaise longue for sunbathing and an outdoor shower. The house can accommodate a maximum of five people and consists of a living room with a sofa, a modern kitchen, and a large terrace overlooking the sea and barbecue on the first floor. The lower floor consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with three single beds), a bathroom and a spacious terrace from which you have access to the pool. Other things to note Pets are welcome upon request at an extra cost and upon acceptance, provided that they are not allowed on beds and sofas and that they are taken out of the areas pertaining to the property to relieve themselves. To be paid at check-in: - Accommodation tax to be paid in cash upon arrival according to the regulations of the Municipality. - Booking balance if present Please note that the opening and closing dates of the pool are subject to change depending on scheduled maintenance, weather conditions and approval by the owners. Extra services on request, to be booked up to 2 weeks before arrival: - Linen (sheets and bath towels): - €20.00 per person one-time - Beach towels: €8.00 each one-time - Pets: €100.00 each one-time - Cot/crib: €50.00 each one-off - High chair: €50.00 each one-off - Internet Wifi: €7.00 per day Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., compatible with the schedule of our check-in agent, the availability of the villa and the cleaning procedures (therefore not at 4:00 p.m. on the dot). - For check-in from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (upon request) there is an additional cost of €30.00. - For check-in from 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. (upon request) there is an additional fee of €50.00. - In the event of alleged arrivals after 12:00 a.m., the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff and an additional fee of up to a maximum of €150 will be applied. WASTE DISPOSAL: Please respect the rules of separate collection and dispose of waste correctly as per the instructions that will be provided to you at check-in, dividing into separate bags organic, plastic, glass, paper, cans and dry residue, and placing in the appropriate bins.
