Located in the heart of a typical Haute-Loire village, 10 kilometers from Langeac and 30 km from Puy en Velay, Les Bouleaux is a small holiday home located in one of the outbuildings of the old family farmhouse. Recently converted cottage set in the grounds of a typical 19th-century farmhouse. Private garden and views of the countryside. Great walks right from your front door, loads of historic attractions around as well as wild water sports. Fully equipped. The space The cottage is a recent renovation (end of work April 2015). It is adjoining the owners' house but there is no opposite and the entrance and garden are independent. - Ground floor: living kitchen with sofa bed and flat-screen TV, equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, microwave , coffee maker, kettle, dishes, cookware, ...). - First floor (mezzanine): 1 bedroom with 1 king size bed (160x200) and a bathroom with large format shower and WC. Hair dryer. - Garden with terrace, barbecue, garden furniture, hammock. - Carport and closed garage for motorbikes. - Bicycle loan In addition, beds are made upon arrival, towels are provided and end of stay cleaning is included. Brand new conversion with fully fitted kitchen, flat screen TV, King size bed, bed linen, towels and bathroom gowns provided, free use of bikes. Garden furniture and barbecue.
