Historic House on Lake with Pool - Stone Haven

This beautiful stone house(built in 1843 and newly renovated) is the perfect place to retreat with family, friends, or any group! While you'll be an easy 30-minute drive from downtown Cincinnati, the Aquarium, Creation Museum, and Riverbend Music Center, you'll revel in the stillness of the natural landscape surrounding this charming home. (Of course, the in-ground pool, hot tub, fire pit, pool table, fishing, hiking, basketball court & kayaks also sweeten the deal.) The space There are two homes on this private 125-acre property--the "Lake House" and "Stone House". The Stone House (this listing) has 5 bedrooms and sleeps up to 20 while the Lake House has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 16. Each house is separately listed on Airbnb, but can be booked together. This means that if not booked together, you may be sharing the property (lake, swimming pool, kayaks, etc.) with other guests. -WEDDINGS: We are not booking weddings at this time. Guest access Guests can access the pool, carport, two fire pits, kayaks and walking path by the lake. Other things to note -We provide enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish/laundry soap to get you started but you may need to buy more before your stay is over. -Note that the swimming pool will be open & available from Memorial Day weekend - mid September -There are parking spaces on the property for up to 7 vehicles for the Stone House -Coffee, tea and sugar will be provided -We provide bath towels but you need to pack pool/hot tub towels. -The lake is not for swimming, only kayaking and fishing. -Kayaks and life jackets are available for your use free of charge -If number of guests exceeds the maximum capacity without permission you will lose your security deposit -WEDDINGS: We are not booking weddings at this time.
