Fourth floor (access by lift, short flight of stairs to reach lift or level access from Royal Mile). Beautiful views to Princes Street, The New Town and The Forth of Fife. Comfortably furnished, with books and artwork. Bright living room with high ceiling, superking size double bed, CD player, radio and Ipod dock station. There is no television. Dining table. Small kitchen (two rings, microwave/oven, fridge, toaster and kettle). There is a shared laundry room one floor down. Shower room with WC and heated towel rail Towels and Linen provided Electric heating Secondary glazing Iron and Ironing board Broadband and Wifi. Metered on-street parking nearby The property is fitted with a noise monitor. It DOES NOT record conversations, but will send alerts if the background noise in the property is excessive for prolonged periods (10 minutes). It will also detect overcrowding and cigarette smoke. Parties, smoking and overcrowding are not permitted and my management company may take action in the event of my house rules being broken. This may include fines or eviction. Guest access Whole apartment for your own private use! Other things to note Please note that a linen damage fee will be applied if any of the provided linens or towels are found to be in an unusable condition. This may include, but is not limited to, items that are: 

Torn or ripped Permanently stained or marked Burnt, bleached, or faded due to misuse Damaged by makeup, oils, or other substances that cannot be removed To give you an idea of replacement costs, here are some typical charges (including a small restocking fee): Pillowcase: £10 Bath Towel: £18.50 Bath Mat: £10 Duvet Cover (Double): £35 Double Sheet: £20 Our linens provider will assess the condition of these items and apply charges if necessary.
