The apartment is quietly located on the conservation area. Here you can walk, walk, jog, cycle - in short, simply enjoy nature. The attraction of Mülheim in good weather is an airship. The launch/landing site is within walking distance. Despite the quiet location, you can reach the A52 highway in 5 minutes by car, the Essen trade fair in about 15 minutes, and the Düsseldorf trade fair in about 30 minutes by car. The public transport stop is a 5-minute walk away. The space The apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, a large living room with dining area and access to the covered terrace, a kitchen also with dining area and a bathroom with shower and bath tub. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner electric stove with oven, fridge/freezer combination, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and of course cooking utensils and dishes. An iron and ironing board are located in the storage room. Cleaning utensils can also be found here if needed. Bed linen, towels, dishtowels as well as basic equipment of household helpers (e.g. dish soap, toilet paper) will be provided. Wi-Fi is available. In the bathroom, hand soap and a hair dryer are provided. All windows and the terrace door have roller shutters partly electric. One bedroom has access from the living room and is separated with sliding elements. BBQ with charcoal on the terrace is not allowed! A high chair and a travel cot can be provided free of charge by prior arrangement! If possible, I will be happy to hand over the key in person at check-in by 8:00 pm. There is free public parking here. Böllrodt Street is a neighboring street and not suitable for parking. Loading and unloading is possible.
