Welcome to our pleasant apartment ideally located on the ground floor and with a collective garden below. Halfway between the top of Laon and the bottom of Laon. 800 meters from City Hall. 7-minute walk from our beautiful cathedral. Close to many shops (delicatessen, bakery, restaurants, cafes...) and the train station. The space You will appreciate the potential of this fully renovated apartment located in a typical local house. -> 1 160 cm bed (2 80 cm mattresses). -> Free parking and always with free spaces on the street for easy parking. -> WiFi available (we pick up 4 bars out of 4). -> Smart TV to entertain yourself by connecting your NETFLIX subscription as if you were at home (if you are already subscribed to NETFLIX). -> Ironing kit to avoid wrinkled dresses and shirts. -> Oven & Microwave & Hobs & Cooking utensils to play the Michelin-starred chefs and savor the Laonnoise gastronomy. -> Washing machine and hanging rack to have clean clothes in all circumstances. -> Hair dryer to keep a brushing spotless in all situations. -> Coffee maker & Tea kettle to prepare your hot drinks and make you feel at home. -> Refrigerator/freezer to store your food throughout your stay. -> Dining table and 2 chairs to take your meals. -> A clothing rack convertible into an office to carry out your administrative work. The windows are equipped with: - Shutters and curtains. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4-burner glass-ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and all the utensils important to your stay. A bathroom with vanity on furniture, a shower, a toilet and a washing machine. For your well-being, one towel per guest will be provided as well as sheets for the bed. You will enjoy the communal garden (accessible from below because the apartment is on the ground floor on the street side but on the first floor on the garden side) with a magnificent view and a room where you can store your bikes or other items... A small garden furniture set is available for you to enjoy your meals or a drink outdoors. The garden is shared with guests of the other 2 apartments in the same building. Cleaning is not included in the price of your stay. The apartment must be returned clean and tidy at the end of your stay ​as you found it on arrival. You will be charged €60 for any cleaning service following your departure. Thank you for understanding. For an early check-in, between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m., you will be charged an extra €20. For a late check-out, between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m., you will be charged an extra €20. There is a camera in the building's lobby. We welcome you for your short or long stays. So for a stay of 4 or 6 people, you can easily book 2 or 3 apartments provided they are available at the same time. For long-term rentals, there are 2 options available to you: - either a laundry service once a week is an extra €15/week to clean all the linens at your disposal (sheets, towels, kitchen towels) - or a laundry service + cleaning once a week is an additional €30/week.
