The PB Pool Villa is thoughtfully designed for couples seeking a romantic getaway or families looking for a private and relaxing retreat. Accommodating 4-6 guests, each air-conditioned bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed for restful nights, complemented by a cozy bunk bed. The villa also includes a stylish, modern bathroom equipped with an indoor hot shower, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing stay. Guest access Private Pool: 5 x 2.5 meters with an automatic water cleaning system. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, and both bathrooms are equipped with hot water. Additional Sleeping Arrangement: A bunk bed is provided in the front room, accommodating up to 6 guests in total. Air Conditioning: Fully air-conditioned throughout the entire villa. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes a refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric rice cooker, microwave oven, and electric hot water kettle. Entertainment: Flat-screen Android TV for your favorite shows and streaming services. Internet: High-speed Wi-Fi with fast broadband connection. Parking: Private garage available for your car or motorbike. Other things to note 1.Check-in and Check-out Check-in time: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM Check-out time: 06:00 AM - 11:00 AM Please notify us at least 30 minutes in advance when you plan to check in or check out. Late check-out after 12:00 PM will incur a fee of 1,000 Baht per hour. 2.Extra Guests The villa accommodates up to 6 guests. For additional guests, a charge of 500 Baht per person applies. 3.Smoking Policy Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas of the villa. A penalty of 2,000 Baht will be charged for smoking indoors to cover cleaning costs. 4.Noise Policy Parties and events are allowed, but please keep the noise down after 12:00 AM to respect the neighbors, especially during long holiday. 5.Clean Services If you would like cleaning services during your stay, please notify us 1 day in advance. The service fee is 750 Baht per cleaning. We provide free pool cleaning service twice a week. 6.Facilities Fully equipped kitchen with complimentary gas for cooking throughout your stay. Washing machine available for use. If you prefer laundry service, it is available for an additional fee. Flat-screen Android TV, Wi-Fi with high-speed broadband, and private parking are provided for your convenience. 7.Electric Car Charge Policy Charging of electric cars is not allowed. A fine of 2,000 Baht per incident will be imposed for unauthorized charging. 8.Devices Security cameras are installed in outdoor areas for safety purposes, including 2 cameras in the garage and 2 cameras in the backyard. 9.Damage and Penalties Any damage to items within the villa will result in a penalty charge as specified in the property guide. Please refrain from throwing toilet paper or sanitary napkins into the toilet. If a blockage occurs, a fee of 5,000 Baht will be charged for repairs. Guests are kindly requested to avoid washing hair, using shower gel, or vomiting in the pool. Failure to comply will result in a 2,000 Baht fine for pool cleaning. 10.Special Services Discounted tickets for local tours and trips. Airport or bus station transfers available for 800 Baht per trip. Motorbike and car rental services available. Note We love welcoming families, couples, groups of friends, and travelers from around the world to our cozy home in Krabi. During the rainy season, you may occasionally see small, harmless creatures like geckos, ants, millipedes, or mosquitoes part of the natural tropical environment. Please don’t worry they are not dangerous, and we always clean the house thoroughly before every stay. The home is fully screened with mosquito nets for your comfort and peace of mind.
