Destination Amelia is pleased to present this beautiful 3 bedroom/ 3.5 bathroom vacation rental in Beach Wood Villas, located on the desirable south end of Amelia Island. This two-level property has been thoughtfully updated and decorated with sophisticated comfort in mind. From the main area, two of the bedrooms, and the back patio, guests can enjoy beautiful views of the golf course and Red Maple Lake. The closest complex pool is a 2-minute walk away and beach access is just across the street. The space Destination Amelia is pleased to present 2129 Beach Wood Villas, a townhouse-style condo offering an open and inviting layout. On the first floor, guests will find the kitchen and dining area open to the main living area. There is a half bath and laundry room with a washer and dryer. The back patio is the perfect spot for watching golfers during the day or sunset during the evening hours. There is plenty of seating and a gas grill is provided. Upstairs, all three bedrooms have their own full-size attached private bath. Sleeping arrangements are ideal for a large family or two smaller families, with a king bed in the main bedroom, two two twin beds and a bunk bed in the second bedroom, and another king bed in the third bedroom. The main bedroom also has a private balcony facing the golf course and lake. This condo is situated in a great location, with the closest Beach Wood complex pool a 2-minute walk away and beach access is just across the street. The gated Amelia Island Plantation (AIP) is a sprawling community beloved for its miles of walking/biking trails and community spaces. Tucked within the AIP is also the Omni Amelia Island Resort, which offers excellent dining and activity options. The main hotel and nearby shopping village are within walking distance and have a nature center, mini golf, and a full spa. Guests also enjoy venturing north into the charming Fernandina Beach Historic District to partake in unique shopping and dining options. There are also a number of nice restaurants located on the south end of the island within a few miles of our property. Bike and/or golf carts can be rented from nearby vendors. As part of this rental, a custom digital guidebook is provided with thorough property information and our local area guide sharing favorite restaurants, attractions, and more! Excitingly, our guests are also eligible to receive a 15% discount on beach gear rentals and save on a 4- or 6-passenger cart rental. Please be advised the owner of this property does have a Ring doorbell camera that is active. Also, please note that this private property is not a rental through the Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities” (i.e. the main Omni hotel pool, fitness center or shuttle service), and Racquet Park is limited only to club members and their guests.
