Welcome to ‘The Old 9th’ beach house. Located on the site of the old 9th green of the St Leonards Golf Course, enjoy the relaxing atmosphere that this four bedroom home has to offer. The space Have a drink out on the alfresco, play assorted games with the family or kick back and surf the internet through unlimited WiFi and wall data points connected to the NBN. Choose from four bedrooms and a fold out couch in the lounge. Also available is an infants Lite n Easy Swallow portacot. The dining table can comfortably seat up to twelve people if you want to entertain friends. Other advantages include both family & lounge area (with sliding doors), gas BBQ, two bathrooms, a dishwasher, ducted heating & evaporative cooling as well as almost every appliance that you can think of. There are three televisions with DVD players, including a Smart TV connected directly to the internet so you can use your own streaming account. There is a Playstation3 for the kids (both big and small) with over twenty games to choose from. Guest access In addition to the bayside beaches and fishing, wineries and breweries, there are seven golf courses and a full driving range with cafe and virtual golf within thirty minute drive. Numerous surf beaches stretching from Point Lonsdale to Torquay and beyond are also easily reached. Festivals occur on a regular basis throughout the year on the Bellarine Peninsula, together with local town markets each weekend. For the children, Adventure Park Geelong is close by as well as various farms and horse riding facilities, mini golf, wildlife parks, vintage train rides and more. Live music is played on a regular basis at both the St Leonards and Portarlington pubs, together with 'Day on the Green' events Charter fishing is easily available around 30mins away at Queenscliff. Other things to note All linen and towels are supplied unless you request otherwise. When leaving, we request that the guests place their linen and towels in the laundry. A child's high chair is supplied, but please note that you need to provide your own linen and pillow for the portacot. For guests staying longer than one week, we are happy to discuss a discount rate. Free internet is included, both as WiFi and Ethernet through connections in each room. Guests will need to bring their own computer cables (power, HDMI etc) for their personal devices if not using the WiFi. Sorry, but no pets and no smoking inside our home. Please note that the garage is not available to guests. Finally, we do not accept bookings made by persons under the age of 21 or bookings made by adults on behalf of groups of those under 21.
