You’ll love my place because of the views, the healing vibe, and the the beauty. Ample street parking. The space My home has plenty of space. Guests enjoy the entire downstairs, which is like its own apartment, minus some kitchen features. The downstairs area includes a private bedroom, private bathroom, shared laundry room, private dining area with partial kitchenette, private living room with couch, smart tv, and surround sound, and private balcony. My personal living area is all upstairs (on the main floor), and I pretty much only come downstairs to do laundry on occasion or water the beautiful plants. Guests are more than welcome to share the kitchen with me upstairs. You are welcome to use any dishes, silverware, glasses, mugs, pots, pans, etc. There's space for you to store food in the kitchen both in cabinets and refrigerator. And there is a toaster oven, oven, and stove top in the shared kitchen for any cooking you'd like to do. A microwave is downstairs for your convenience as well. Guest access The best area for guests is the downstairs floor, which includes your own bathroom, your bedroom, private large living areas and more. Guests may use the laundry room any time, as well as the upstairs kitchen, including the refrigerator and stove, and such. During your stay I am very happy to socialize, and I enjoy getting to know people. In general though, my default will be to keep to myself and hang out upstairs so that you can have the personal experience you’re looking for. Other things to note My neighborhood is on the lower bench of the mountains, so on the snowy days, a four-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle is very helpful. On some snowy days it is necessary.
