vila Casa Alba (one room)

One of the 3 bedrooms (double rooms) on the 1st floor of the building is rented (2 of them are served by a single bathroom, the other having its own bathroom). The villa is located 9 minutes walking distance to the seashore. About 100 meters away there is a restaurant with terrace "La Sueta", and 1.5 km away there is the Cherhanaua Tasaul Restaurant, with a fishing specific. Also in the area are Kaufland, Lidl, Penny supermarkets. The space On the ground floor of the villa there is a one-bedroom apartment (with a double bed), a living room (with a corner sofa) and a spacious kitchen. It can accommodate 4 adults. Upstairs, the access is by stairs separated from the rest of the house. Here there are 3 bedrooms, each with queen size beds (one bedroom has a double bed/140x200). One bedroom has its own bathroom, the other two form a suite with a bathroom. Each bedroom has access to the balcony. The service toilet located in the entrance hall of the villa can also be used. Guest access In front of the villa there is a wooden terrace, covered, with an area of about 30 sqm. Here you can have lunch, coffee, socialize with the other guests.       In the yard there is a barbecue, a parking lot, lawn and shrubs.       The kitchen of the ground floor apartment can only be used by those who have rented the apartment. During your stay As a host, I will be present at the arrival of the guests, for the handover of the location and at the departure of the guests, to take over the villa. Of course, I return at most once a day, in the courtyard of the villa, to familiarize myself with any wishes of the guests or the problems encountered. I can be reached by phone at any time! Other things to note Guests should know that as a property owner, I will take care of the integrity of all the amenities of the villa. A possible destruction of an object, I will check it by entering the villa in the presence of the guests or, even in their absence, to remedy the deficiencies found at my expense or the one guilty of a possible malfunction, destruction. Everything will be done with maximum tolerance, respect and understanding!
