It faces the sea and enjoys a beautiful terrace equipped with all comforts. The apartment has been recently renovated with furnishings and marine colors that make it very cozy and equipped with all the necessary comforts. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a room with a single bed, a large room where we find the living room with a comfortable sofa that at night can become a comfortable bed for two people, a kitchenette with a dining table and a brand new bathroom. The living room faces a comfortable and large terrace furnished for outdoor use and life (table, chairs, umbrella, deck chairs). The apartment can therefore accommodate a maximum of 5 people. The location of the apartment is beautiful, a 3-minute walk from the beach and the center of Giardini Naxos, it is close to any type of need; about 4 km from Taormina (culture, architecture, archaeology, Taormina Film Festival, landscape, etc.) and about 40 km from the Etna volcano. Both destinations, Taormina and Etna, are easily accessible both by private and public transport. In addition, on request we can also organize day tours on the Etna volcano, and to all the most interesting locations in Sicily such as Palermo, Syracuse, Catania, Noto, Scicli, Erice, the Aeolian Islands and even a boat trip. The price also includes beach towels and everything you need for bathing (body wash and shampoo). There is a wifi connection in the house. In addition, a welcome basket with local products will be waiting for you at our house. Guest access In addition to the large terrace that the apartment enjoys, which is comfortably furnished for the possibility of outdoor living, covered with several tents and umbrellas that allow you to preserve privacy, guests can also access a second terrace shared with a second accommodation from which you can also enjoy a splendid view of part of the beach of Giardini Naxos. Guests are also given access to a very large entrance patio where it is possible to park or use the space for outdoor living, for the outdoor shower, etc. This access patio can be accessed on foot or at most with a two-wheeled vehicle, bicycle or scooter, not by car. There are no prohibitions in the property. The house does not have private parking, however, immediately adjacent to the house there is a long series of both private paid and free public parking spaces that I will take care to describe to guests upon their arrival if they need it. Other things to note The house is very close to the sea with all its equipped beaches and to the center of the village with all its very cozy evening spots.
