Nelson Victoria Luxury Holiday Accommodation welcomes you to your secluded holiday escape of natural beauty. Luxurious 4-bedroom home with spectacular views of the Glenelg River. We take pride in the quality and presentation of our home for each and every guest and in turn have strict NO PETS, NO SMOKING and NO PARTIES policy. The space Everything is provided for your 5-star getaway, beginning with the immediate comfort of underfloor heating throughout the main top floor of the home. Four luxurious carpeted bedrooms all with TVs and Netflix along with internet access. 3 separate outdoor entertaining areas including a private Electric Hot Stone Sauna Room. Gourmet kitchen area including double oven and gas hotplates, 2 fridges, with basic pantry staples included. Games room complete with pool table, darts, table tennis table, arcade machine and large wall mounted TV with sitting area. 100m walk to the jetty for fishing. Guest access Guests have full access to all areas with complete privacy and comfort. Coded entry pad is provided for your convenience. Strictly no more than 8 guests are allowed on the property as there is a limited supply of rainwater along with a self-contained onsite septic system which cannot accommodate more than 8 guests. Maximum of 2 infants per booking allowed. Strictly no visitors, parties or functions. Strictly no pets. Maximum of 3 cars allowed per booking (2-3 driveway spaces depending on vehicle size). If any of the above rules are broken you will forfeit your security deposit and in addition, we reserve the right to inspect the property and cancel your booking immediately. Other things to note Seasonal Breakdown: Low Season: April - Sept (inclusive). Mid Season: October - November & February - March (inclusive). High Season: December - January (inclusive) and Easter. Second bedroom offers flexibility of either two single beds or one king bed. Fourth bedroom is downstairs with a separate entrance, only available for bookings over 6 persons. 1 Portacot (no linen provided) and highchair available on request - maximum of 2 infants per stay allowed. Please be aware that front and breakfast decks don't have safety gates at top of stairs for small children. Rear deck is safely enclosed. All linen including pillows, towels, toilet paper is provided. Delonghi Nespresso Coffee machine and a selection of pods provided, please feel free to bring your own personal favourites. Parking of boat/trailer MUST be discussed prior to arrival so appropriate parking can be advised.
