Trelawney Farm Mudgee - a rural escape

‘Trelawney Farm' is the perfect place to relax & indulge. It is located in the picturesque Mudgee wine region, surrounded by cellar doors, cafes & restaurants. It is a 5 minute drive out of town set amongst the vineyards. This large spacious 5 bedroom home is perfect for a group of friends or family wanting to escape & taste the country life for a while. The space Set on 25 acres, this 130 year old farmhouse features a fresh white brick facade and colonial architraves. It has a large wraparound verandah for peaceful rural views over Pipeclay Creek and has lots of big open spaces. With open fires to keep you warm on cold winter nights and multiple living areas 'Trelawney Farm' is perfect for your next country escape. It even has an outdoor bath if you wish to have a soak under the stars or an outdoor fire pit to stand around and roast marshmallows! With dark polished timber floorboards, the interior has a rustic farmhouse feel making it cozy with plenty of vintage charm scattered throughout the house. For food lovers, you will enjoy having access to an outdoor BBQ and pizza oven. Guest access Full access to: 5 bedrooms 2 bathrooms - with underfloor heating 2 kitchens, dining and lounge areas (all open plan) Other things to note Weekend bookings & school holidays - minimum 2 nights and a 10 people/whole house booking fee. Additional fee for 10+ guests. Sunday to Thursday - we can be more flexible with duration of stay and can cater for smaller groups, as the house can be split into 2 (having access to 1 kitchen, lounge, dining and bathroom). Please contact me for an accurate tariff, requesting how many guests and bedrooms needed for a mid-week stay. Pets are allowed but we charge a pet fee ($60 for each pet) per stay.
