Description

This last floor loft apartment (4th floor with no elevator) located between Chiado and Bairro Alto, offers a very relaxing and laid back atmosphere. Although not large in space, all the different areas are well defined and designed to deliver the maximum comfort. The space This one bedroom apartment is comprised of a small living room with dinning area for two, a very comfortable bedroom with a clothes rack on a corner, a small kitchenette with electric cooker, a Smeg fridge with small 4 stars freezer, microwave, dishwasher and all the small appliances (Nespresso machine, toaster, blender, orange juice squeezer, etc) and a hydraulic mosaic and marble bathroom boasting a mansard window. There are two small balconies, in the living room and in the bedroom that are accessible by the mansard windows. The central heating works 24h a day, and during the summer there is ar conditioning in the living room but enough to cool the whole of the apartment. In a common area there is also a washing/drying machine that can be used. Other things to note We are obliged by the Portuguese and European Union Authorities to provide our Guests Passport information to the Portuguese Border Control. Are there any differences in data for some groups of visitors, e.g. simplified registration procedure for traveling groups, minors, etc.? No. 4. Is the data on visitor´s registration cards centrally accessible via electronic channels by state authorities?
