This home is located on a quiet street yet it is only three blocks from cortland avenue - which has lovely bakeries, cafes, restaurants, bars, boutiques and an organic grocery store. We are close to several bus lines which easily connect to BART or MUNI. We have a street parking spot in front of our house for you to use as well as plentiful street parking (rare in SF!). We are a 15 minute drive to downtown and a 20 minute drive to golden gate park. We are walking distance to mission street and the city hustle and bustle but our house is in a quiet and relaxing spot for when you need a break. House is equiped with ultra high speed wireless internet and we have netflix, HBO MAX, prime video, and apple tv. Primary bedroom has a great view of the city with a king size bed. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle. We have an upgraded kitchen with many ammenities, 5 burner gas stove, and a washer/dryer in house. This is also a kids vaca paradise. We have two kids ourselves and so have many toys, games and books. We are walking distance to 3 playgrounds and a beautiful library with a wonderful children's section. This is one of the best family neighborhoods in San Francisco, which is reflected in the friendliness of people on the street and in the stores and restaurants in Bernal Heights.
