Fully furnished w/full kitchen, patio BBQ, WiFi, Smart TV, queen bed w/heated mattress pads. 1 dog welcome..$75 fee-charged separately once booking is confirmed & accepted by the host. (no cats please). Cleaning fee, AirBnb Service Fee & hotel occupancy tax charged at the time of booking. No occupancy tax: 30+ days stays. The space Remodeled Spring 2020. La Paz has stunning views and easy quick access to the beach and to the quaint Stinson Beach town. One queen bed. 2 guests maximum (this includes children over 1 year). Living room couch as a pull out bed. Not suitable for young children. Easy beach access. Guest access Gas BBQ, sunny private upstairs deck, large back yard (shared with our other 1-bdrm apartment) . 2 car parking. Other things to note Off-street parking for two cars. Maximum day time use 4 guests. 1 dog allowed; dog bed, dishes and treats provided. Dog cannot be left home alone, regardless of crating. No cats please. Regular cancellation policy in effect unless vacation rentals are prohibited by regulation.
