The Vicarage

In an amazing location in the historical centre of La Laguna, the building of old construction "La Vicaria" is the perfect accommodation for a relaxed holiday in the beautiful island Tenerife. It is a 3-storey 19th century house which has been restored keeping its original style and materials, so it is a really unique accommodation. Other things to note The holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 with 2 single beds; 1 with a queen size bed, 1 with a queen size bed and 2 single beds) and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. The attic of the house includes a room for 2 guests, which can be requested as an additional room, with a supplement and upon request to the host. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable television, a baby cot and a highchair (both available upon request). In the attic the house has a sunny terrace where guests can start the day with a warm cup of coffee and enjoy the fresh air. This property is equipped with 2 surveillance cameras located at the main access points. These cameras only record the entryways to the property and do not capture images of private areas or the interior of the property. All footage is managed in accordance with current data protection regulations and is used exclusively for access control and security purposes. Please note that this property has an office/storage room on the first floor, with a utility locker. There is a possibility that guests may occasionally encounter staff if the use of this space is required. Due to its excellent location in the city centre you will find a wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes right next to the property (50-500m; 1 to 6 minutes walking), and there are also many tourist attractions and monuments nearby, such as the beautiful local cathedral (right next to the property). The water park César Manrique and the closest beach, Caleta de Negros, are a 14-minute drive away (10.2km), in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, the capital of the island. La Laguna is also conveniently located near Tenerife airport, so you can reach it after just 8 minutes driving (4.3km). Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The house doesn’t have an elevator and it is located in a pedestrian street. There are portable heaters available. Please note that guests outside of the reservation are not allowed to stay.
