Lakefront *3 Little Cabins Black Lake

Nestled among the whispering pines and shimmering waters of Black Lake, these three charming cabins stand as silent witnesses to countless memories. All cabins share a common thread—a love for simplicity, nature, and the tranquility of this serene lakeside retreat. Rates include 3 - 2 bedroom Cabins with 70’ private sandy lakefront on Black Lake. Boat slip is included. *Peak: Weekly Sunday to Sunday 6/8/26 - 8/24/26 Off peak : 2 night mins Fri & Sat must be included in all weekend bookings The space Cottage 1 & 2 overlooks the beautiful Black Lake. Cottage 3 sits back on the property but has views of the lake from the screened in porch. Property offers WIFI, boat docking, 2 picnic tables, Movable Fire Pit, 6 Plastic patio chairs, along with a Charcoal & Gas Grill available for use. *bring your own charcoal and gas tank for grill is not guaranteed to be full. Fire wood can be purchased up the road. We offer outdoor package for FREE with rental( use at your own risk) which includes: life jackets for 4 adults & 6 kids, 4 kayaks (waiver must be signed at time of check in), corn hole, volleyball, badmitten, bouncy ball, & children toys (sand toys). Linen Package is also Included: 14 towel set (2 guest towel, 1 hand towel, & 1 wash cloth per set) , 3 kitchen set (2 dish towel, 2 dish cloth, & 1 bar towel) and bedding for the beds : per Queen / full bed we offer 1 sheets set, I comforter, 4 pillows. Twins same but only 2 pillows. There is no exchange of linen provided or washing any of the linens during your stay by owner. No washer or dryer on site. In town there is a laundry mat for all your needs. It is the responsibility of the guest if more clean linen is required or desired. No linen, pillows, blanket or towels can be taken outside or used on the floor for sleeping or walking on please. Extra lined can be provided is needed if arrangements are made in a 7 day advance prior to arrival. If an extra bed set for pull out sofa is required there is $25 a set fee. If additional towel set are required there is a $7.50 fee per set. We provide a a starter package of the following: 3 toilet papers, 1 paper towel roll, 3 trash bags, 1 dish soap, 2 hand soaps,. Please make sure you bring more if needed we do not provided extra. Parking limited to on 5 vehicles. Must call in advance for trailer parking. No Rv’s, campers, or tents allowed with flooring on the property. We can offer for a Rv or camper if needed across the street not allowed to stay in it. No camping allowed. We allow screen tents , canopies along as there is no floor attached. We do not allow any visitors on to the property without owners approval. All guest must be staying at the property. No mid week exchange of guests during the week unless a cleaning fee is paid and approved a head of time. All guest are assigned to a cabin for the week. Additional Guest may come up and join mid week as long as you remain. Under the max limit in the assigned cabin already. We do offer day guest passes but daily fees may apply. Please inquire if needed. Owners and neighbors have always given our guest privacy due to being a rental for over 60 years. Our property is on a sizable lot so privacy is not an issue. As long as your not trying to throw a unapproved party and invite an additional day guest and / or trying to sneak more guest onto the property than allowed you will never see the owner or hear anything negative from anyone. Everyone that lives up here is on vacation also So fun is the name of the game! It is a Very quiet dirt road so kids can ride bikes safely, and walking over to the river access for some floating or river fun in additional to your wonderful direct lake access is just a 1/4 mile up road Smoking is allowed but must be outside. No smoking in cabins or screen porches pleases Pets are $100 a week or $15 a night on off peak. Max guest are 12 adults or 14 with kids 16 and under! Top bunks are for kids only. No adults due to weight limit. Hi Guest access Private access to all of the grounds with sandy bottom beach and dock. River access just up the road if you want to get off the lake for a while and enjoy the river a few houses away. take a canoe trip or float a tube down and come out near our home. The kids call it the lazy river ride. No parties are allowed No day guest without approval No exchanged of guest mid reservation. All guest must be ing staying on site. No tents or campers allowed. Other things to note Boat rental is available at Indian river. They will deliver boat to black lake. River experience available at your finger tips as well: Take the canoes/tube/kayak up to the Access (0ff dirt rd) or bridge and drop into the river. Enjoy a 30/45 trip back to the cottages. Mouth of river empties into the lake just 2 properties away!
