Experience peaceful living at Heritage Bungalow 97 Ajmer in a private, fully air-conditioned 2BHK ground-floor apartment set at the rear of our property. Hosts reside in the front wing. Garden and walkways are common areas. Important: There is NO swimming pool. There is only a seasonal PLUNGE POOL (operational from 01 March to 30th September). Easily accessible: Just 5 mins from NH-48 & 15 mins from Ajmer Railway Station. We reduce the Carban foot print by running on clean solar energy. The space The house is on the ground floor and wheel chair friendly. You would like our Bed rooms with comfortable super King size beds. Both the bedrooms have attached bath. Geysers provide 24-hour hot water for baths. The drawing room has a luxurious Sofas, 40-inch LCD TV. A dining table for four. The kitchen is fully equipped for your use. It has a Gas cooking range, Microwave-oven, Refrigerator, Bread toaster, Mixer/Grinder, essential kitchen ware, utensils and cutlery. There is a Patio for use. Guest access Guests have their own independent access to their accommodation. Other things to note A fixed menu breakfast is complimentary (bread, butter, Jam, eggs, tea, coffee, juice and fruits). It is included in the room rate.The timing for breakfast is 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Lunch and Dinner can be ordered through ZOMETO/SWIGGY Apps or from the restaurants. Guests can try their culinary skills here. 1. Parties are strictly prohibited. 2. There is a Plunge pool of 11'x13'x16' only. It can be used between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Children under 12 years must be accompanied by adults (parents or relatives). This PLUNGE POOL WILL REMAIN CLOSED from 01 Oct to 28 February every year. 3. 9 PM to 7:00 AM are quiet hours. 4. GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN BELONGINGS AND VALUABLES. 5. This is a pet friendly home stay. However, pet owners have to ensure the following before arriving here. i. Guests must bring their own bedding for their pets. Pets are not allowed to step onto the guest's bed or use any linen pillow or blanket of the same. ii. Guest must take the pet out of premises for dog business (Pooping). iii. Pets may play in the garden with the owner. No pet should be left unattended. iv. Pets are not permitted to enter Plunge pool. It is for humans only. v. Owners must keep their pets indoors from 9 PM to 7 AM.
