Guests accommodation at Bungalow 97 Ajmer is fully air conditioned 2 BHK (2 Bedroom, Hall & Kitchen) independent apartment. Away from the hustle bustle of the town. Your host stays in the front section of the same premises. Garden and walkways are common areas. It is 5 minutes' drive from National highway 8 and 15 minutes' drive from Ajmer Railway station. We harvest clean electricity from the sun through solar panels. Also minimize the use of plastic to reduce carbon footprint. The space The house is on the ground floor. You would like our Bed rooms with comfortable super King size beds. Both the bedrooms have attached bath. Geysers provide 24-hour hot water for baths. The drawing room has a luxurious Sofas, 40-inch LCD TV. A dining table for four. The kitchen is fully equipped for your use. It has a Gas cooking range, Microwave-oven, Refrigerator, Bread toaster, Mixer/Grinder, essential kitchen ware, utensils and cutlery. There is a Patio for use. Guest access Guests have their own independent access to their accommodation. Other things to note We do provide a complimentary fixed menu (bread, butter, Jam, eggs, tea, coffee, juice and fruits). The timing is 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Lunch and Dinner can be ordered through ZOMETO or SWIGGY Apps from the restaurants. Guests can also cook food of their taste in the kitchen. Please note that Chef/Cook is NOT available here. 1. Parties are strictly prohibited. 2. A small triangular Plunge pool (size: 11'x13'x16'). can be used between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM only. Babies and children must be accompanied by adults (parents or relatives). 3. 9:30 PM to 7:00 AM are quiet hours. 4. GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN BELONGINGS AND VALUABLES. 5. This is a pet friendly home stay. However, pet owners have to ensure the following before arriving here. i. The pet owner has to make a refundable payment of Rs 1000/pet upon arrival. This will be refunded at the departure if there is no damage by the pet during the stay. ii. Guests must bring their own bedding for their pets. Pets are not allowed to step onto the guest's bed or use any linen pillow or blanket of the same. iii. Guest must take the pet out of premises for dog business (Pooping). iv. Pets may play in the garden with the owner. No pet should be left unattended. v. Pets are not permitted to enter Plunge pool. It is for humans only. vi. Owners must keep their pets in their accommodation from 9 PM to 7 AM. vii. Please note we also have a pet dog.
