Waterfront apartment in Locquirec

Ideally located, between the pink granite coast and the wild coast, you will fall in love with this peninsula of character but discreet, the well-named Locquirec! The apartment we offer has been completely renovated and overlooks the small marina: you will not have the sea view but you will be in the front row for sunsets on the beach, early morning or late evening baths or just to have your coffee at Tilly facing the sea! The space The accommodation is ideally located, without sea view but 20 m from the port beach! With an area of 30 m2, comfortable, tastefully renovated in 2021 with quality amenities. You will have everything you need to have a good time and enjoy Locquirec and its surroundings. In the immediate vicinity: the beach of the port, the famous promenade of the point, restaurants (crêperie, seafood, there is something for everyone), the market every Wednesday, the sailing school for young and old, recognized surfing beaches (+ very good surfing school), the possibility to rent bicycles for superb walks around... In short, we offer a real pied-à-terre but with your feet in the water in the heart of this lovely seaside resort of Locquirec, which has remained friendly and intimate. This small Breton village has been our favorite for many years! The accommodation is located on the ground floor of the Armorique residence, which overlooks the small marina of Locquirec. There is a private beach in the residence (pebble beach) and a private parking space. The apartment has a living room with sofa bed, a large dining table, a fully equipped open kitchen, and a washing machine. Very nice bathroom with large shower, toilet and sink. The bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage. Sheets and towels are included but you have the option to bring your own, for information, it is a 140 x 190 bed (and 80 x 200 for the sofa bed or 160 x 200 unfolded). --Important-- The apartment is ideal for 2 people or 2 people with a child. The sofa bed (although the mattresses are new) is suitable for a child but will not be optimal from a comfort point of view for an adult. Kitchen: We do not have a microwave (if we can do without waves in our plates, so much the better!) Guest access Please note that you will not be able to take out your car or have access to the parking lot from Tuesday evening 10pm to the next day Wednesday at 2pm, market day. Take your precautions and take out your car if you need it! The advantage is that you have the market at your feet!
