Cottage is BRAND NEW with a dog-friendly, fully-fenced front yard and screened-in porch. Full kitchen, private parking, washer & dryer, 55" TV with DirecTV. A short 5-10 minute drive from Hunting Island State Park, Downtown Beaufort and all the major attractions. Cottage is beautifully furnished with custom pieces to make this your ultimate low country luxury getaway! We welcome your pets (dogs) up to a total of 2. We ask that you do not leave your dog unattended unless discussed with the owner. Our past experiences show that most dogs get very anxious when left alone in a new space. We also expect that you will pick up after your dog in a timely manner. We know how important it is to be able to travel with your pet, so we are happy to offer you that opportunity. There is NO additional fee for the dog(s). Please note that the cottage is NOT wheel chair accessible. Our house is located next door, but you can have complete privacy. However I am available if needed. You are welcome to go anywhere on our 3 acre property. We live right next door. You can knock on the door or text me for anything you might need. My phone number is listed on the Welcome doc in the cottage. This is a quiet neighborhood with single family homes. Since we are on 3 acres it is very private. Everyday we see all kinds of wildlife with the marsh on the backside and the river on the front. A car is necessary. Plenty of parking next to the cottage. The cottage includes a free day pass to Hunting Island State Park. The beaches are beautiful white sand and the surf is usually gentle. There is also a very interesting light house there, and most days you can climb to the top for a very small fee.
