Charming Private Room room available in Santa Monica in a two bedroom/two bath condo. Walking distance to everything! Host lives on site and will be present throughout the visitor’s stay. The space Private furnished bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a futon couch (height limit of 5'10") with central bathroom, north of Wilshire, 12 blocks from the beach, and walking distance to just about every amenity you can think of--Santa Monica beach, Santa Monica Pier, organic grocery, 3rd Street Promenade, post office, and more! I can't say enough good things about the neighborhood. Public transit available, near Montana Street shopping and cafes. Laundry facility on the premises. Temporary parking permit is available upon request for free and easy parking on the street. The bedroom is located in my 2 bedroom apartment with large kitchen, living room, and full dining area. I also just got a puppy. She’s a mini Aussie Shepard named Zayda so PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THERE'S A DOG on the premise. She's very sweet young and playful so hopefully you'll love her as much as I do! I am a screenwriter, film director, and editor and work from home. Guest access There is laundry in the building, wifi, a sunny front porch, full kitchen, dining room, living room. Temporary parking permit available upon request During your stay I love interacting with guest or just leaving them to enjoy their own experience. I work from home and am readily available, I also occasionally rent out the other room on Airbnb as well so there may be other guests within the apartment. Other things to note This is a 420 friendly home! However, NO SMOKING cigarettes anywhere on the property. It's Santa Monica law. You must be at least 20 feet away from the building.
