Quiet room outside of city centre.

Large Lao Villa 5 km from centre. This is a quiet end of lane property with garden. Large common living room with smart TV with satellite and DVDs. Short walk to the mekong for beers and sunset views. The space Private bedroom with wadrobe, desk lots of natural light and air conditioning. Bathroom has hot water and is next to the room and shared with one other person. We have a cat and a dog. Guest access There is veranda at the front of the house in the garden for eating, drinking or relaxing. The living room has a flat screen with satellite etc. There is a large kitchen which despite the fact neither of us cook has all the essentials, and a variety of methods of making coffee. During your stay My brother and I are British teachers in our 30s. I've lived here for 6 years. We work varied hours but one of us is normally around if you have any queries. Generally happy to interact or have a beer if we're free, but if you don't want to no problem. Other things to note Pleae note we have a cat and dog.
