We warmly welcome you to the pages of our newly built Villa Ema, which opened in spring 2013. At the foot of Croatia's highest mountain, Velebits, and directly on the Croatian coast in the picturesque town of Starigrad Paklenica, Villa Ema offers you the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. Six spacious apartments of different sizes are waiting for you. All apartments are furnished, air-conditioned and equipped with internet access and satellite TV, as well as balconies / terraces with sea views. The beach is about 80 meters. Restaurants, cafes, shops, ATM, petrol station, post office and pharmacy are located in Starigrad Paklenica and can be easily reached on foot. Numerous sights in the surrounding area invite you to day trips, and we would be happy to help you organize them. In high season (25th June - 10 September) our apartments are available for rent on a weekly basis. In the low season, flexible booking times are also possible by arrangement. If you arrive by plane, we will be happy to pick you up from Zadar Airport on request. Trips to more remote airports in the region such as Zagreb or Split are also possible upon request.
