Sardinia Summer House, on the beach

This is for sure the closest house to the beach in Santa Maria! It was built 80 years ago like the first house of the town and now it's in a central position, right next to shops, restaurants, pubs, harbor, little square and XIV century church! The space The apartment, recently renovated, is located on two floors (ground and first floor) of a historic house in the country. Overlooking the sea it is just few steps from the main beach in the country. The house in the photos can be seen between the green vine that covers it completely during the summer and without green during the winter. The construction is entirely of granite, it has a long veranda on the ground floor and another one upstairs, it has a central staircase, but inside the apartment there is a little stair from the bedroom to the dining room. The apartment that we rent is one of 4 content in the building and was renovated recently. It has a living room with kitchenette on the ground floor with double sofa bed, the living room leads upstairs where there is a double bedroom with bathroom, this room is also accessible from the veranda independently of the living room below. The house is equipped with air conditioning hot / cold and is comfortable and fully equipped kitchen. The location is wonderful, in the morning awakening you can admire a beautiful landscape of sea and sky. A few steps from the house, near the beach there is a wonderful little bar that offers breakfast under the shadow of wild olive and carob trees, typical of this region. The house has washing machine and tv. It is in the centre of the village, near restaurants, bars and supermarket. Santa Maria Navarrese is the most interesting village in ogliastra for the story and nature. Other things to note From April 2025, the municipality entered a tourist tax of 1€ per person per night, for a maximum of 7 night chargeable (not applicable for children under 12 years old.
