No third-party reservations The space As a couple who travel often and utilize AirBnB, we mindfully created this property to offer a home away from home for you. This house is located in a safe Cul-De-Sac with the nicest neighbors. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning on the hanging chairs on the patio, or on the comfortable seating in the dining room. Prepare dinner for your family in the fully equipped kitchen with a plethora of seasonings. Enjoy a nice stroll in the safe neighborhood at night while stargazing, as Kyle has not yet been polluted by night light. Take your pups for a walk near Lake Kyle, which is right behind our house and offers beautiful views and makes you feel one with nature. Or stay in while enjoying the fast wifi, SmartTV, a board game with the family, or a collection of books to choose from while peacefully reading on the hanging egg chair while surrounded by beautiful plants. Just down the street are some of the most authentic and reasonably priced restaurants in Kyle, which we include in our welcome book upon your arrival. This home is great for those who are needing a long-term stay, as we offer 20% off for a week stay, and nearly 50% off for month stay, all bills included and no crazy deposits. For traveling nurses and doctors, you will receive an additional 5% off nightly rates, upon receipt of proof. If you're visiting for a wedding, we are a stone’s throw away from some of the most beautiful venues in Kyle. Our house is full of mirrors to get ready, including a custom-made vanity. We try to think of everything one might need to make themselves comfortable here, so a few of the extras we include are: Ninja coffee maker, coffee, creamer, sugar, stevia, Nespresso machine, espresso pods, teas for days, microwave, oven, stove, air fryer, dishwasher, cookware, silverware, washer and dryer to do your laundry, beddings, towels, all the hygiene products including wash cloths, hair dryer, steamer, a small doggy door for your pet to use, and a big enclosed beautiful backyard with a patio for shade. Additionally, you have a host who truly cares about your stay, and is always a text or phone call away. I've been a super host for 5 years, and love opening my home to others to call home for a while, and to make beautiful memories. We also don't have many house rules, so really ask that you respect the ones we do have: 1. Please do not wear your shoes on the rugs or carpet, there is an area to remove your shoes by the front door. If you feel more comfortable with shoes in the house, please feel free to bring clean house shoes. 2. Please clean up after your pet and do not allow them on the furniture. 3. No house parties. 4. No smoking inside. Checking out: we don't ask you to deep clean our home upon check out. Really, we don't have any checkout instructions. Just ask you leave the house the way you found it. We will take care of it all. Thank you! Guest access The garage will not be accessible as is being kept as storage. Other things to note The house is equipped with a doorbell camera and outdoor house camera for security purposes. We offer a 5% first responder discount on nightly rates - proof is necessary and must be the person booking. We care about our returning guests. If you've stayed here in the past, and your rate was less than it is now, we will price match. If it's the same, then we'll be happy to offer a 5% discount! The only exception is if there is a current promotion or a weekly stay discount.
