My house is strategically located in Kita Senju Station which is around 6mins walk.The surrounding area has a charming residential atmosphere with an abundance of parks, down-to-earth shops and eateries, university campuses, and a famous summer fireworks festival.The station is operated by different line so from here you can reach Ueno, Akihabara, Ginza, Roppongi, Ebisu, Meiji-Jingu, Asakusa, Skytree, Tokyo and more so it is convenient to travel to other place.Feel free to contact me. The space ※Notice※ Around late February, the bed will be changed to a double bunk bed, along with some minor renovations. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us in advance. -From Kita Senju Station 6 minutes on foot.Perfect for those who like to tour around in Tokyo Metropolis as from my house you can reach Ueno, Akihabara, Ginza, Roppongi, Ebisu, Meiji-Jingu, Asakusa ,Skytree, Tokyo, Nippori, Shinagawa without transfer. -This is a simple modern one room style.1 double bed and 1 single futon style beddings are available which can accommodate up to 3 people -Since the house is newly renovated thus all appliances in the house such as microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, hairdryer, rice cooker,kitchen supplies (pot, frying pan, dish), etc are prepared and all in new condition ※In the case of IH induction cooker failure, only one can be used -We also provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, slippers and more -Also, a dedicated Wi-Fi (SoftBank Air) is installed, which is ideal for teleworking. Please use it as a second home office when you want to change your mood or concentrate alone. By non-face-to-face check-in with smart lock, you can use it with confidence. There are many restaurants, side dishes and lunch boxes nearby, and it is a very convenient location, just a 30-second walk to Seven Eleven. Of course, you can also use the kitchen. -There are many of gourmets nearby,it is the most convenient place for shopping. Since from Kita Senju Station to my house, you will passby a shopping street which have various kind of restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, supermarkets, drugstores and convenience store -if you think Kita Senju is just a rural area around Tokyo, you would be pleasantly surprised. Kita Senju is actually the commercial center for its surrounding area and on exiting the station, the first thing you will find is Lumine, the ever popular shopping complex in Japan. Just across Kita Senju Station, you can find OIOI, another big major shopping complex of Japan. -So if your travel itinerary for the day includes Asakusa,Akihabara, Ueno Zoo and Tokyo Skytree. You will definitely find yourself in Kita Senju, interchange of the northern suburbs. -The house is in digital lock form so that you no need to worry about losing key or security problem. -Route access in a picture with an explanation from Haneda airport and Narita airport and Kita Senju Station to my house will also be provided to guest after reservation confirmed. -Please also prevent having party at night since the noise might disturb neighbour too. There are residents on the 2nd floor, so you may hear footsteps. We are offering it as a reasonable price, so we recommend you to make a reservation for those who do not care too much. -If it is found that the number of people stay is exceed the actual guest number booked without declaration, we will charge double the amount for the additional number of people. Guest access -It is not a shared house. You will have the entire apartment, 100% privacy
 -The room is free to use 24hours.
 -Please keep quiet in the premises Other things to note -Check out time is strict. 2000yen per hour will be imposed if you are late for check out. -STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the room and balcony.  -Please take off your shoes at the entrance. -Keep the volume down after 10 pm. There are residents on the 2nd floor, so you may hear footsteps. We are offering it as a reasonable price, so we recommend you to make a reservation for those who do not care too much. -No musical instruments.  -Please turn off the lighting, and air conditioner, heater when leaving the flat  -Please wash tableware /pans/pots after use  -No pets, drugs, or outsider guests. -Please dispose only of pet bottles, cans and glass bottles into PetBottle bin, Can bucket after rinse. -Please separate other waste (plastic, leftover food, carton etc.) from Pet bottle, Bin, Can rubbish. -Please don’t throw garbage outside of the house, Please leave garbage in the balcony if stay with a long term.  -Please prepare detergent for the stay. -Please wash any dishes you use and return all items to their original places after use. -please do not order delivery service in the night, this is a quiet residential area, should you have delivery arrived in the night, the noise will bring inconvenience to the neighborhood, you will be so appreciated for your understanding and corporation. -For long term stay, extra cleaning service can be provide (with charge) * Guest Registration is required: Hosts need to prepare the following for Lodger’s Registry Book: 1. Full Name2. Home address3. Occupation4. Passport copies The information above are needed for all guests staying in the house. After, sending the information above, I will send you the house manual that has all the information of the following: 1. Transportation from Airport to the nearest station 2. The nearest station to Apartment (with street view photos) 3. Key location and check-in instructions 4.
