Casa René, studio, garden and big pool (4th floor)

Casa René is located in a beautiful historic building from 1892 and has been restored to its former glory. Besides this Studio with kitchen and private terrace, it has 5 other flats. A 5-minute walk away, you can take the ferry across the Tagus River to get to the centre of Lisbon in 10 minutes. Casa René is close to a pedestrian street with numerous local restaurants and bars, but because of its good insulation and garden location, it is still very quiet, both inside and outside. The space The Studio has an en suite bathroom and a spacious living room with kitchen. It has a large window that you can slide all the way open, giving access to its private terrace overlooking the beautiful garden with swimming pool. There is heating/air conditioning and an equipped kitchen with fridge and dishwasher. The Studio is located on the 4th floor (no lift access) Guest access You enter through the beautiful red door after which you take the authentic staircase to the 4th floor. The flat has a private entrance and offers every comfort. Like the other guests in the building, you can enjoy the patio, the garden and the swimming pool. In the stairwell we also have a library with a varied selection of books and a special lounge where everyone can relax for a while. Other things to note Since we wanted to preserve as many original elements of the building as possible, such as the authentic staircase hall, we have no lift and all flats are only accessible by stairs.
