This 4-star Art Nouveau villa in Heringsdorf was extensively renovated by August 2003 and converted into 9 holiday apartments. It is just 1 minute from the beach and is surrounded by beautiful Art Nouveau villas and lots of greenery. Bicycles can be parked in the house. A laundry room is available in the house and Wi-Fi is available. Other things to note On the second floor, you will find a comfortable 3-room apartment with two bedrooms, furnished with attention to detail. There is also a kitchen with dining table, living room and balcony. Your beloved pet is very welcome here and you can use the nearby dog beach all year round with your four-legged friend to play and hike. Also right outside your door is the beautiful promenade that invites you for extensive bike tours. For our little guests, a high chair and a baby travel cot (without bed linen but with mattress) are available free of charge in the apartment. A car parking space is by the house, Wi-Fi is free of charge. In the basement of the house there is a washing machine and dryer (use for a fee).
