Four Seasons Home Stay (2BDH)

My place is close to the city center, public transport, parks, and art and culture. You’ll love my place because of Centro of Tourist places, Scenic beauty, Cool place. Called Switzerland of India.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups. The space This is a stay at the first floor where easily 4-6 can accommodate. It has one King bed and one Double bed, Diwana bed. There is attached bathroom with hot water facility 24*7. In total there are three rooms (One Bedroom with attached bathroom, one more bedroom and one hall for dinning and one common bathroom). Guest access This stay is located at first floor. The complete rented stay is available with hall, bedrooms and bathrooms. Other things to note Few notes on the Stay: • Booking restrictions: We strongly do not entertain unmarried couples below 21 years, Valid ID card of all the guests need to be produced/uploaded in our website or updated in the register during check in. • Main Gate: - Guest are requested to always close the main gate, • Footwear: - There is shoe rack places in the entrance of the stay and footwear's inside the stay is not allowed, and if this is voided a fine of INR 500 is imposed on each person. • Home Appliance: - All lights and home appliances must be switched off while going out from the stay, if found any of the home appliances are switched on will be charged a fine of INR 500 each time. • In house entertainment: - Our stay comes with Free Wi-Fi. • Washing machine and Cloth hanger: - Washing machine with max load capacity of 5KG is available on the ground floor is available for a use from 8 AM to 12PM for additional cost of INR 200 per wash, drying rope is fixed on terrace and clothes must be dried only in this area. • Damage Fee: -For property damage, missing of the utensils, remote batteries, linens, Bath towels are charged to the guest with a cost of new replacements. • Parking: - Car parking can be done inside the premises as well as adjacent to the compound in such a way that it should not block the way for other vehicles. Not allowed to park in font of main gate. • Tours and Transportation: - • Approach us for any transportation requirement in and around Coorg at the best price. • Prior booking needed during peak seasons/long weekends. • Breakfast / Food: - • Breakfast can be provided if requested on the previous day for additional INR 75 per plate. • Zomato / Swiggy / Dominos are accessible to the location (Home delivery option is available). • Home made food can be delivered from home cooks for additional charges, (Need to request at least 8 hours before.) • House Keeping: - • We give top preference for cleanliness, as well as to serve our guest with neat and clean home hence request to keep the home clean and to treat as your own home. • House keeping is done every 3rd day, if guests need housekeeping on daily basis, it can be done with an additional charge of INR 300, house keeping includes floor sweeping, mopping and bathroom cleaning. • Linens are replaced every 5th day (provided the stay is more than 7 days), if the guests want us to change the linens on daily basis, can be done with an extra cost of INR 400 • Dirty/Damaged linens and mattresses are charged to the guest with a cost of new replacement. • Check in and check out time (additional Charges): - o Check in – After 12 PM o Check out - On or before 11AM  For late check out INR 500 shall be charged from 11 A M to 1 PM and thereafter a full day charges will apply.  Early check in and check out are considered upon availability. • Visitors: -  No visitors after 7PM, visitors must notify host upon their arrival.  Visitors must be always accompanied by the registered guests.  Visitors are not allowed to use guest amenities. As a guest, you are responsible for your visitor at all times. • Other Notes: - • Four Seasons Homestay is under surveillance 24/7. • Separate Dining/living area (Hall) is available, hence smoking, drinking, having food in the bedrooms are not allowed. • No loud music and noise after 11 PM, INR 1000 will be levied for the first-time violation, if repeated stay owner has complete rights to ask the guest to vacate the stay without refund. • Washing car in the parking area, in front of gate in not allowed, if found a fine of INR 500 will be charged. • Loss of house key will be charged INR 1000. • Additional toiletries (Product MRP) and towels (INR 50/towel) are chargeable. • Contact Us:  Please do not hesitate to call for any assistance regarding your stay.
