Located in Dapoli town- a hill station being bestowed with its typical rainforest beauty yet very close to famous beaches, is a perfect place for a weekend Getaway with your family and friends. Tucked in cozy evergreen sloppy mountains, Varshavan provides conducive living arrangement for nature lovers, book worms, writers, artistes, singers, musicians and those passionate people with many more hobbies. The space 'Varshavan’ in English translates as Rainforest. A very apt name for our long cherished dream home; we built just to enjoy the verdant beauty of the nature surrounding it. Located at a small town called Dapoli, is situated 800 ft above sea level in konkan region of India, has pleasant climate throughout the year. Varshavan is surrounded by hilly area and has valley facing view; still at close proximity to the main market. Travelling down few kilometers, one can reach to famous beaches around Dapoli. Varshavan is neither a hotel, resort nor just a bed and breakfast provider; because we believe in providing a personalized and comforting stay. A three story villa has a large living room located at one level up ground and is flanked by big patio around it. It has high slope roof covered with Mangalore roof tiles which keeps the villa naturally cool and eco-friendly. Guest access Varshavan extends a warm welcome to birders, butterfly watchers, seascape lovers, anglers, bikers, photographers, writers, artists, Yoga performers and other enthusiasts who would like to dwell in a completely sunny, serene and silvi environment, just to indulge leisurely in their unique hobbies and arts and thus, calm their restless souls. This is the best place to enjoy with your family who would like to feel relaxed away from daily routine AND make unforgettable memories to cherish forever. Varshavan has 3 bedrooms , each one aimed for special purpose and has specious living room surrounding with large patio. The bedrooms are- #Garudmaachi- is family double bedroom and a room at attic (occupants: 2 on real beds + up to 4 on rolling mattress) #Shalmali- is good for couple (occupants: 2 on real beds + up to 2 on rolling mattress) #Raanjai- is located near living room is reserved for host or strictly for senior citizens guests and will be available on special request. (occupants: 2 on real beds + up to 2 on rolling mattress) #Vihangam- is large living room located on first floor surrounded by Patio with a picturesque gaze at valley - (occupants: 1 on real bed + up to 10 on rolling mattresses. Cousins and close friends just love to sleep together in living room, chit-chating till late night. :) Kitchen: There is a fridge and other necessary utensils in the kitchen. Other things to note *TV is avoided to observe the beauty of nature around the villa. Indoor games and small library set up are provided for guests to spend utmost quality time. NO telephones or WiFi in the house. Jio, BSNL offer best mobile network inside house and catch 4G as well. However IDEA, VODAPHONE also may work. *No alcohol is served, but you may carry your own. *Tea/coffee is allowed to make in the kitchen and milk/grocery will be provided on daily basis. Breakfast is complimentary. Outside food is allowed and you can have it in house. Arrangements can be made, but delivery delay, food taste, choice of restaurants are whole responsibility of guests. * Child above 6 is chargeable as guest. * For driver stay, guest chqrges will be applied. However he can use common toilet/bathroom near staff room for limited time free of cost if wishes to sleep in the car. *Guests staying in Varshavan may have to share common premises with other guests staying in other bedrooms if entire villa is not booked
