Celebrations/Get togethers/parties: If you want to rent the house for a celebration or party day or night -please inquire prior to booking! Registered guests may not have unapproved visitors on property. You cannot rent the house and invite others over you want to entertain for drinks or dinner etc; go to their house. Or just rent the pool via Swimply. Ours is called "water you waiting for" After the first 4 guests there is a $40 fee per person/per night. Unapproved guests will incur instant cancelation with no refund. Guest access GATED with remote. Cameras monitor entrances. There’s a longish gated driveway shared by 3 houses. Cars of registered guests are the only ones allowed on property. Unauthorized friends and visitors of booked guests are not allowed. Deliveries and ubers must drop off an pick up off the property, out front by road. Approved visitors of registered guests need to park out front off the property unless permitted to do otherwise. There is parking out by the street on side of road. Other things to note LICENSE: 21483807 Important Note About Reservations: I typically prioritize bookings from guests with positive reviews. Unfortunately, past experiences with guests who had no or limited reviews, or who were local to the area, have not been ideal. If you fall into one of these categories, your reservation may still be considered—I just ask that you please send a message with a few details: • Where you and any other guests are coming from • The reason for your visit • Who will be staying at the property This helps me make sure the stay is a good fit for both of us. I appreciate your understanding! POOL: The pool is not heated. The pool does not have a heater. It is a Chlorine pool. For guests interested in year-round heated swimming, pickleball, tennis, and gym facilities - they have it all at the nearby Tucson Racquet Club, daily guest passes are available for $20. For better rates, consider the following options: - **1-week pass:** $65 - **2-week pass:** $110 - **1-month pass:** $140 Calendar has maximum stay of 28 nights. If require more please create second reservation. Home has high speed panoramic wi-fi. Internet performance is not guaranteed. Host will not be responsible for loss of connection or speed or lost work or enjoyment by guests. Pets are allowed with permission only and there is a convenience fee of $40 per pet per stay. Second pet fee charged separately upon booking by request via Airbnb. There may be other pets on the property and it is up to each guest to keep track of them if they’re on or off leash we have to make sure everyone is safe and that the gates are kept closed. . Pool is not fenced separate from the house. Pets, and children under 14 must be supervised when outdoors. The laundry room may be accessed from the AZ room (enclosed patio) by cleaning crew & host for guest house on same property. Wi-fi reaches all the way to pool! There is one tv in room with two queen beds and one small tv in room with two twin beds. There’s no cable but can connect to apps. PLEASE NOTE REGARDING NUMBER OF PEOPLE AT THE HOUSE- You are approved for the guests that you reserved your time for and any changes that ADD to the number of guests must be approved by the host prior to the date of your arrival. If extra guests arrive without permission you will be charged double the rate per night for extra guests. If number of guests decreases you need to go into Airbnb to change the reservation if looking for a refund, not the host. CAMERAS MONITOR ENTRANCES There is one remote controlled gate at the driveway. This makes the property more secure than most but the owner does not make any guarantees of your safety. The gates need to be kept closed as much as possible. Do not give any gate codes out to anyone else other than those in your group if the host shares any codes with you. Remote that is given to you for your use must be surrendered at the end of your stay or there will be a $200 fee per remote unreturned at time of departure. Unreturned or lost key incurs a fee of $500 so we can rekey. Mailing back after you are home does not mean fee is waived, but a portion of fee may be refunded.
