Bungalow, Pool & Hot Tub, near Wittering Beaches

The Annexe @ Truffles is a recently renovated, converted bungalow in West Wittering, independently located, set in the grounds of the owner's family home. Pool access (late Apr-Oct) & just 5 mins to the beach - ideal for exploring the Witterings Peninsular. Hot Tub (optional extra, £95/stay, is also available, subject to availability). The host’s field next door is ideal for dog walking. The Lamb Inn is 5 minutes walk, with easy access to Witterings villages via country lanes. The space Consisting of an open plan living space with galley kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom, hallway with storage and bathroom, the Annexe can be configured to suit a couple, small group of friends or family of four (or five with an infant in cot). The kitchen is well equipped for self catering, including an oven, microwave, cafetière, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. A BBQ is also available. The living area includes a large wide screen TV and free, fast wifi. Parking is available directly outside the Annexe, which also has direct access to our field - perfect for dog walking. Swings and garden access for children available any time! (Please see photos). Guest access Guests have personal access for up to 2 hours/day to our heated outdoor family pool, (Apr-Oct, weather dependent); reasonable use and timings agreed in advance with the owner (and the weather!). As a general rule the pool will always be available for guests 2-4pm each day. Guests can also add in Hot Tub access as an optional extra - which is located next to the swimming pool. £95/stay (for up to three days - pro rata for subsequent days), and includes up to 2 hours use/day between 3pm-9pm. Subject to availability and must be reserved in advance. Please enquire. (Pool and Hot Tub used entirely at guests own liability and out of respect to our neighbours reasonable use and noise levels are requested. Please supervise children and pets at all times!). Other things to note Bike hire (children's and adult bikes, £10/day), bike storage, table tennis and BBQs are available on request/subject to availability.
