The space "La Maddalena" welcomes and offers you a relaxing holiday in the nice town of Albenga. The apartment situated in a privileged position within the old town of Albenga, nearby you can find lots of restaurants cooking pizza, bars, pubs and in particular.. For less than 1 km (only 12 minutes), our sea with nice beaches. Ideal for families with children (it has play corners, a crib and an high chair) or small groups, has 7 beds (one double bed and two comfortable sofa beds, 1 single bed), fully equipped kitchen and small bathroom. In the kitchen, for FREE, you will find everything you need to prepare breakfast the first day of your vacation. No pets are allowed (of any size). Services included: electricity, water, gas, TV, heating and final cleaning. Furnished apartment for tourist use. Services on payment: sheets and towels (5 euros per person). Better than a hotel, a bed & breakfast, but with use of kitchen! Other things to note So sorry but in the house there are NO WIFi TOURIST TAX 2018: From July 1° th 2018 the tourist tax will be applied, established by the Municipality of Albenga with the decision of the Municipal Council n. 25 of 21.03.2018, to the extent determined by resolution of the City Council no. 99 of 22.03.2018. The tax will be applied to the overnight stays of non-residents in the town of Albenga, for up to five consecutive nights. The tax rate is 1,00 € per person per night. There are the following exemptions: a) Children up to the age of twelve; b) People who care for patients admitted to public and private structures of the province for a maximum of two people per patient; c) Patients who receive hospital care and outpatient care at public and private health facilities of the province and the people who care for them for a maximum of two people per patient; d) People with physical, sensory and cognitive disabilities.
