The space Situated in beautiful countryside between Najac and St Antonin Noble Val, alongside the ruins of a medieval castle, this holiday cottage offers flexible accommodation for singles, couples or groups of up to 4 people. It has been recently renovated and offers a fitted kitchen, en suite shower rooms, a shady garden and the use of a large swimming pool. Prices vary according to the number of occupants and the season. Guest access The accommodation is situated on the first floor and accessed by external stone steps and a stone veranda, which runs along the back of the house with doors to the main room and a bedroom. Living room / diner / kitchen (7 x 4m) with fitted kitchen and a living / dining area with French doors leading out to steps to the path to the pool. The kitchen is equipped with an eye level electric fan oven/grill, and a microwave in a tall unit, a 4-burner gas hob, and a dishwasher plus crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. There is a washing machine installed in a utility room in the cellar. Bedroom (23m2) with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Part-glazed door to the veranda giving independent access. There is a spacious en suite shower room with toilet, basin and tiled shower. Attic bedroom (5,50 x 4m) accessed by a staircase from the living room. Exposed timbers and dormer windows give this room a cosy traditional feel. Twin single beds and chest of drawers. En suite shower room with toilet, basin and velux window. Use of a 16m x 8m pool (shared with the tenants of the other house on site) You can take your meals on the terrace under the shade of a wisteria, or on the south side in the garden if you prefer to be in the sun. We provide garden furniture as well as a barbecue. Separate laundry room. Wifi and UK Sky and French TNT by satellite. Other things to note We have two holiday homes on the site, but each house is completely independent with its own balcony and garden or courtyard where you can take your meals outside. The only shared facility is the pool, which is exceptionally large (16 x 8m).
