We offer bachelor concept and family ambient room good for 4 guests only (includes baby). A circle of 4 friends can enjoy the same access too, since it is a friendly accommodation. We have 2 units, Modern Asian and downtown chic designs. We accept only long term stay, 1 month & up.. The space Azure Urban Residences Paris Beach Club Resort lets you enjoy the ff: - Sky Garden (Roof Deck) to relax, unwind and for sightseeing (great city view) - Ibiza Beach Bar - Kiddie/ Wave Pool and Man Made Beach - Paris Beach Club Scenery Staying in the unit can give you a little privacy as bedroom is separated from living and dining area. Our two Units are Fully Furnished with: - BED (Mattress/Linens/Pillows) - COUCH (blue covered couch for Downtown Chic and orange covered couch for Modern Asian design) -TOILET & BATH - ELECTRIC COOK TOP - REFRIGERATOR - RICE COOKER - MICROWAVE - KITCHENWARE/COOKWARE/PLATES/UTENSIL -PUREIT MARVELLA UV WATER PURIFIER (for drinking water) - AIRCON - ELECTRIC FAN - SMART TV with CABLE - WIFI - DVD PLAYER (4 speakers good for movie marathon, but please bring your own dvd movies) - WATER HEATER - BALCONY (could consider a lil city view) - The unit has a parking slot at Basement 2 - Extra mattress is available to use for free. Guest access - Strictly 4 occupants are allowed to enter the premises and must be presented with an approved guest form/visitors pass from the main gate and building lobby guard. - Condo unit is at 4th floor offering little cityscape and sunrise views - Amenities are free for 4 guests to use: -1st shift starts at 7:00 am - 12:00 noon -2nd shift starts at 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm Paris Beach Club Resort amenities such as the ff: - Wave Pool (not available every Monday due to maintenance, from 7:00AM to 7:00PM - The Azure Children Beach Playground/Kiddie Pool - Playroom for kiddos (limited to free 2 hours per child with adult companion) - Beach volleyball court - Roofdeck Garden (No food/drinks allowed) - Ibiza Beach Bar (Tue-Thurs 1:00 PM to 12:00 MN; Fri - Sun 12:00 NN to 1:00 AM; Monday -CLOSED) - Restaurant (7:00 AM to 9:00 pm) Other things to note - Please note that booking must be done not less than a week prior to arrival (this is to give us some time to arrange the masterlist guestlist) - Kindly PRINT OUT or SCREENSHOT the provided guest form or email and bring valid government IDs for locals and Passport for foreigner, to present upon entering the Azure Property. - Room cleaning is completely arranged prior to your check-ins, any additional cleaning can be requested at an extra charge. - We do Pest Control regularly as per the Policy of the Azure Property & Management and we usually do it prior to check-ins. - Parking is included and can be arranged in advance. - Please note that check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 NN Please note that Max of 4 occupants are allowed per unit. Ideal for 2 adults. Guest/s is/are NOT ALLOWED to invite another guest during their stay.
