Vecchia Dogana is a former late-19th-century customs house, restored into a peaceful guesthouse set in a protected natural area. Surrounded by a wild garden rich in biodiversity, it is just a short walk from a small natural swimming lake. Here, days slow down and breakfast is enjoyed in nature. Ideal for couples, families and small groups of friends, it can be booked room by room or as a whole house, combining comfort, privacy and shared spaces. The space Rooms are spacious and bright, carefully furnished with attention to detail. All rooms have access to the external balcony (ballatoio), creating a sense of openness and connection with the surroundings. House layout Ground floor A large breakfast room (40 m²) with direct access to the garden, and a guest WC. First floor – Room 1: double room (20 m²) – Room 2: double room with an extra bed for a child (20 m²) The two rooms are communicating; Room 2 can be accessed either through Room 1 or from the balcony. On the same floor there is a fully equipped shared kitchen with a small relaxation area, and a shared bathroom with shower. Second floor – Room 3: double room with sink (20 m²) – Room 4: single room with French bed (15 m²) – Room 5: double room with an extra bed for a child (20 m²) One shared bathroom with shower. Surrounded by nature and quiet, the house enjoys a unique and peaceful position in the area. Guest access Guests have access to a spacious and bright breakfast room opening onto a wild garden rich in local flora and biodiversity. The garden is equipped with an outdoor shower, sun loungers, tables, chairs and a grill, ideal for relaxing and enjoying time outdoors. A fully equipped, spacious shared kitchen is available on the first floor. We live next door, in a separate wing of the house, and are available if needed while fully respecting our guests’ privacy. When booked as a whole house, all guest areas are for your exclusive use. During your stay We live next door, in a separate wing of the house, and are available whenever needed. Other things to note The entire guesthouse can be booked exclusively for groups of up to 9 adults and 2 children, offering a private and comfortable setting for shared stays. Small gatherings or events may be considered upon prior request and agreement. The property is not suitable for parties.
