Guest access The apartment is located in a quiet front building on the 3rd floor and is easily accessible by elevator – ideal for guests with heavy luggage or longer stays. It is centrally located between Munich Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) and Königsplatz, both of which are just a few minutes’ walk away. The Königsplatz U-Bahn station is only about 50 meters from the building, and tram and S-Bahn connections are also nearby – perfect for discovering all of Munich with ease. Check-in is contactless via a secure key code system, allowing you to check in flexibly and independently from 3:00 p.m. onwards. All access information will be provided in advance via Airbnb. During your stay, you’ll have exclusive, private access to the entire apartment, including the kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, dryer, Wi-Fi, and other amenities. Other things to note In 3 of the 6 apartments, an air conditioning unit is available in the bedroom (at an additional cost; please request this explicitly when booking). Underground parking spaces in the building can be booked for an additional fee, subject to availability.
