Lovely room with private entrance for woman in artists enclave in central Tucson. Includes Wifi, gardens, 2 outdoor kitchens, A/C and heat, fridge, patios. Near restaurants, cafe. 15 minutes to University and downtown, easy access to buses. Shared bathrooms. Full size bed. 3 hospitals nearby. Sorry - not suitable for couples. The space There is also an outside kitchen and several patio dining areas. We also have an outside shower for summer months and a barbeque. We are a safe, central neighborhood with easy access to buses and University of Arizona. Three major hospitals close if you are a visiting nurse or intern. Around the corner is a WIFI Cafe, a Polish restaurant, Chinese restaurant, breakfast cafe, bakery, a Tiki bar, and of course a convenience store. Sprouts market is 10 minutes away. Beautiful Sabino Canyon is 20 minutes drive. I'm an artist and my work is found throughout my house. I applaud diversity and green technology, and although we value privacy, we also encourage friendship and conversation when it happens. I'm a vegetarian (although you don't need to be). Smoking is not allowed. There are 2 indoor cats (Lulu and Lucy), very friendly. Coffee and tea is always available. Guest access Access to garden, dining areas, patios, kitchen, living area, 1 bathroom. On site parking. All linens and towels provided, as well as all dishes and cooking materials. And also my extensive movie collection. During your stay We value privacy but we also value friendly and appreciative people who recognize that we are sharing our home. Other things to note Because it is a common space, guests are expected to clean up after themselves, and leave space in good shape.
