In the heart of Elten (Germany), we offer you, in the basement of our home, two double rooms, private entrance and lounge area with TV/projector projection. The accommodation is located on the A12/A3, exit corner for Achterhoek, Veluwe and the cities of Arnhem and Kleve. You can use our sunny garden and gazebo. Luxury breakfast €9.75, lunch package €4.50, dinner €15. Close and yet really abroad. Please note: when booking, indicate the number (1 or 2) of desired rooms. The space The guest house occupies the ground floor of our home and has its own private entrance. Our home is located in a quiet residential area. The accommodation includes two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and a lounge area. The lounge area is furnished for use as a breakfast room, bar/cinema and relaxation area. There is a coffee machine and a bar. We charge an adjusted rate for the use of drinks. In the lounge area, there is a refrigerator in which you can store your own items refrigerated. There is a safe deposit box for your valuables. Furthermore, there is a microwave to heat up meals. For your entertainment, there is a DVD player and a Playstation 4. In the lounge area there is a sofa bed. In an adjoining room there is an infrared cabin, where you can spend an hour with 2 people for €9. Guest access You have access to the bedroom(s), bathroom, lounge area and the room with the infrared cabin. The garden and the gazebo in it, which is equipped with a heat lamp, are also at your disposal. Other things to note The stairs to the private entrance have 7 steps. Our B&B has its own AED. In summer, meals are served in the gazebo, in winter and in bad weather in the bar. Drinks and snacks are available at the bar at low prices. Dogs are allowed, provided they do not enter the bedrooms. They can stay in the hall and lounge. Charging station for electric cars available.
